In November 2017, I started to work for a Leading Supermarket as a ‘Home Delivery Driver.’

Within 3 days of starting to work for this Company, I became a Victim of Bullying- initially from the other Drivers in the Department (I had walked into an already existing, Hostile environment) but also from the ‘Home shopping’ Department Manager (A Senior Manager- equivalent level to the Store’s Assistant Manager) and the situation quickly escalated out of control. This Manager became the force behind the Bullying and over the following 18 months, I was subjected to a number of Reviews and Meetings intended to force me to leave my employment with *****.

While I was going through that process- on a number of occasions, I observed this Manager and the Stores ‘actual’ Assistant Manager surrounding ‘younger’ members of staff in conversation and as they walked away from those people, the ‘younger’ members of Staff were left upset and at times- in Tears- from the way they had just been spoken to (The ‘Younger’ Staff were ‘Easy Targets’ because they lacked the Confidence and the Experience to ‘Stand up and defend themselves’ against these Managers).

Also, while I was still going through that process, I had an issue with my Wages and after spending many weeks chasing answers from the Stores various Managers, I eventually discovered the Home Shopping Department Manager had also been deliberately Removing worked hours from the Stores Clocking-in System, causing Staff to be under Paid or not paid at all for the work they had done- defrauding staff of their full Earnings. (in my case, it was over a £100 shortfall after removing 10 hours from just one day that I had worked).

While still being victimised by those Senior Managers (and other Department Managers) I couldn’t be sure if the ‘Store Manager’ was aware of the issues involving the behaviour of her Management Team! I really didn’t want any trouble- I just wanted to be left alone to get on with my work, so I decided to keep things ‘off the Record’ in the hope that when I told the Store Manager what was happening with her Managers- It would allow me to carry on with my work and it would allow her the freedom to deal with the situation Quietly and Promptly.

(I had recently experienced the loss of a 10 year relationship that had come to an end- causing me to lose my Home, my Business, and my Vehicles and all of my remaining possessions were also being damaged due to flooding in my Storage Container (more than once, so potentially- I was at risk of losing everything I owned). In addition, I was also (temporarily) staying with my family, while I was looking for a place of my own to live. While I was staying there, I noticed there were some Severe behavioural Issues that needed addressing. After trying to help by highlighting the issues to the people involved, it caused a further problem for me- causing me to be living in a Hostile environment, which is the reason I went to work for this Supermarket- so that I could remove myself from the Hostile situation I found myself in at Home).

After many Months of the Store Manager not being available and whilst still being subjected to those Managers Victimisation, l was eventually able to hand a letter to the Stores Manager describing the events for her Managers behaviour (where I also made it clear, if she chose to ignore the issues and didn’t deal with those Managers and the Bullying situation, I would put my story online and that I also had a friend (a Computer Project Manager) who would ‘Imbed’ my Story into the Internet where It can never be removed (hopefully linked to this Supermarkets name so whenever the name was typed into an Internet Search Engine, my Story would also appear alongside in the search results).

The Stores Manager not only failed to act on the information I provided to her, which she was ‘legally obliged’ to act on, She completely abandoned her responsibilities as a Manager (her Legal obligations for a duty of care towards Employee’s etc.) Instead, she clearly decided to ‘Protect her Friends’ (the Senior Managers she had worked alongside for many years) by demonstrating the level of Power and Authority her position as Store Manager Awarded her over the Stores General employees and in doing so, she decided to ‘flex her Muscles’ by completely abusing the ‘Tools’ (unofficial Practices) she and ***** have at her disposal to intimidate ‘Problem employees they have issue’s with’ by escalating the situation and presenting me as a ‘Threat’ (a Problem to ***** and their Reputation and Brand Name) to more Senior Management within the Regional/Head Office.

After making the Manager aware in my letter, of my intention to ‘go public’ with my story if she decided to not deal with the Bullying from her Managers (and if you read the full version of my story and the included copy of my Letter to the Manager, you will see I made it clear, it was the last thing I wanted to do) and my intention to have my Story ‘imbedded’ into the Internet, I soon learned ***** had engaged a Private Detective to carry out ‘Initial Background checks’ on me and that information was then passed onto *****’s own Private Security Team (T****’s own- Secret Police).

It was around this time, ***** moved one of these Private Security guy’s into my block of flats in order to befriend me (there is an onsite accommodation officer and I believe this Guy from *****’s Security Team told lie’s about me in order to discredit me and to give a reason as to why they needed a Flat in the same Block to keep Surveillance on me).

After crossing paths and talking with this guy a few times, I eventually agreed to go out for a Coffee with him- it was whilst I was with him having this Coffee, other Colleagues from the Security Team was given access and entered my Home where they Installed Covert Surveillance into my Flat. They also installed a ‘Trojan Horse’ programme onto my Computer providing them with complete ‘Remote Access’ to my Computer (and all of my Accounts on the Computer) and in addition, also installed a ‘Key-Stoke Recorder’ programme.

The Guy they moved into my bock of Flats also remotely installed a ‘Tracking application’ onto my Mobile Phone. I have already Identified at least 11 multiple Individuals, where I had been followed under Surveillance (To Hospital appointments, meeting up with other Family members, within the Garage Block where I kept my car and whilst out Shopping etc.) using the Tracking App. on my Phone and / or by using information from my Text Messages/WhatsApp Messaging and emails. (Events described in detail in the full version of my Story).

I think Initially, the Surveillance was introduced with the intention of Identifying my friend so ***** could intervein and prevent him from ‘Imbedding’ my Story onto the Internet. However, while going through this process, a particular individual (which I have associated as being connected to ***** and I also believe to be a Senior Manager connected to *****’s Regional/Head office) became involved and the situation escalated into a relentless programme of Intimidation and Persecution to prevent me from ‘going Public’ with my Story.

Earlier, I told you about the loss of my Relationship and the difficult situation I was experiencing at home- what I didn’t tell you about was the Toll it had all taken on me- I was so exhausted from what I had been going through emotionally, I was already ‘on my knee’s’ before I had started to work for this Company.

With the added pressures of what I have had to endure whilst working with *****, there have been many times when I’ve been so exhausted, I barely had the Mental capability to ‘String a Sentence together.’ Eventually, I was left with no other choice but to leave my employment with ***** in order to protect my own Mental Health. Leaving my job with ***** meant I also lost my Income and within a few Months, caused my Flat to be repossessed, also causing me to become Homeless, which left me with no other option but to move back into the hostile situation with my family, I had previously removed myself from.

I had lost my Home, my Job and eventually my Car! When I informed my Bank about my situation, instead of offering help, they decided to ‘re-call’ my Overdraft (which I couldn’t pay) and closed my Bank Account- later causing Debt Recovery proceedings against me. Because of the Financial situation I had been forced into, I have had to become reliant on any financial help other Family members could offer (as and when they could afford to help me). Since 2019, I have been surviving on the very least amount of food I can afford to buy- causing me to loose weight through mild malnutrition. My general Health has deteriorated to a level I classify as ‘Poor’ (including deteriorated Eyesight- due to a poor Diet, also poor Dental Health- because for years, I’ve been unable to afford any Basic Dental Treatment and not to mention my Mental Health from being trapped in a Hostile Living Environment- especially through the Covid19 Pandemic. The Mental pressure that *****’s behaviour has caused me has been immense!

During the Summer of 2022, there was an escalation in the hostile situation at home which caused me to become homeless again- I spent 3.5 months ‘Living’ in my car- in temperatures of 28*-30* (it was a very Hot Summer). The Car also had a Faulty Exhaust System which caused Exhaust Gases to enter into the Car- so I also couldn’t use the Car’s air Vents to keep cool in the extreme temperatures. (I was also surviving on less financial help and even less food). After 3.5 Months of ‘Living’ in my Car, The Engine Failed and I was forced to Scrap my car. Again- I was left with no other option than to move back into the hostile environment at home.

During 2023, The Local Authority informed me- because a family member was in receipt of a State Pension and receiving Housing Benefit, there were issues surrounding Housing Benefit Laws that limited the number of times I could stay with my relative (despite informing them of my situation and the Legal Battle I was experiencing with *****). I was left no other option but to Legally declare myself to be ‘Homeless’ to the Local Authority to prevent Financial Penalties to the member of my family I had been staying with. I then spent approximately 3.5 months sleeping Rough in a Public Toilet for 4 nights a week because I also no longer had the Security of a car.

it’s now 2024. While visiting a Sainsbury Store, I saw the guy I believe to be connected to *****’s Regional/Head Office (I mentioned earlier) was walking towards me with a ‘knowing Smirk’ on his face. Immediately, I instinctively knew what it was referring to- In the weeks before, I had been writing my ‘Will’ and ‘Suicide letters’ to family members on my computer. This Guy clearly thought I had been writing these Letters on my Computer knowing ***** would have been reading them to try and get a reaction- (there hadn’t been any interaction with ***** or their Private Security for a period of time) and he clearly thought, I had been ‘bluffing’ about trying to commit Suicide- to try and force a reaction from them or to get ***** to re-engage with me. He was wrong, In fact, I had tried to take my own life on more than one occasion (and clearly, I have failed!).

As I walked home from Sainsbury, I realised ***** had known about my Letters (and they would have also been aware of earlier Internet Searches I had made ‘looking for ways to commit Suicide Successfully’) but had chosen to ‘Stand back’ and do nothing to intervein- which means, they had also been willing to risk letting me die! (I can’t help thinking about how convenient it would have been for ***** if I had been successful in my Suicide attempts and I had actually died- it would have been an end to me being a ‘Problem’ for them and the ***** Brand).

It was around this time, I had watched the ITV documentary about the ‘Post Office Scandal’ with Mr Bates.

After identifying with the Sub-Post Masters story and their situation (how big Business’s behave) and the Anger I felt after learning the Extreme lengths ***** were willing to go to (willing to let me Die). It gave me the encouragement and the ‘kick up the Bum’ I needed to continue on with my Fight for Justice!

A few weeks later- after writing on my Computer and adding to my story about ***** standing back and being willing to let me Die, I was visiting Starbucks in Sainsburys- a Lady started talking to me and made ‘friends’ with me (another ***** Private Security). After a number of times of meeting up for Coffee and chatting, it became apparent, while this Lady and I were having conversations, she had also been carrying out a ‘Phycological Appraisal’ of me (which was an absolute Violation of my personal space).

It’s my believe, ***** realised I was about to launch a ‘Link’ to my Website onto Social Media to go Public with my Story (and considering the ‘unethical practices’ they used to carry out the Appraisal- which could never be accepted as evidence in any future Legal Proceedings- I think It’s not unreasonable for me to consider they intended to use any information they got from that Appraisal, for the purpose of ‘character Assassination’ (a recognised practice from Big Business’s when dealing with Issue’s such as mine).

After about 2.5 weeks from launching my Website, I learnt my Website had been Sabotaged! I have confirmation from the ‘Hosting’ company there were ‘no issues with their Servers. Which can only imply, my Website was Sabotaged directly from within the Website Platform itself. It’s my believe, because ***** have been recording the ‘Key-strokes’ on my Keyboard, they would have ‘recorded’ the ‘Logging in’ details including the Username & Password to my Website when I initially set up the Account and that is how they gained access to Sabotage my Website from within- by changing the ‘Settings’ (as you can see, I have white writing on a Black background- The background colour was changed to White, making the White writing illegible) and additionally, the ‘link’ to my ‘Customer Support Chatbot’ had been Broken- preventing me from obtaining the necessary Help to restore my Website.

This is only a General Summery- I have told you about some of the main highlights but, there is so much more to my Story. I have also tried a number of times to secure a Solicitor (small companies can’t afford to fight such a big company) and I have also sent my Story to all of the Tabloid Newspapers a number of times and failed to receive a response. This is why I am asking you for your help- If you feel my Story is justified- Please help me to take my Story further by sharing the link to my Story with as many family & Friends as possible.

I started to work for ***** in November 2017- I ended my employment in May 2019- it’s now 2024 and as you have read, I am still suffering their Persecution of me! Please help me to hold this company to account for what they have done to me and the other Victims.
